The pack of wolves rush to surround the party but are soon defeated.
It’s a couple of hours till dawn and everyone but Wood returns to bed to finish their long rest.
Wood skins a couple of wolves to make a cloak for himself and a hat for Mud.
The party packs up in the late morning and heads off towards Thundertree.
It’s an other hot and windy day.
After an hour’s travel the party comes across a nest of large orange butterflies.
Sagnus casts burning hands and a bunch of them turn to falling ash.
Aster hims him over the back of the head.
In the afternoon the party encounters an old woman and her dog camped on the side of the High Road. She is wearing a cloak and has squinting, blood shot eyes.
Sagnus purchases a “honey rat” from her for 2sp and finds it surprisingly tasty.
Mud feels there’s something suspicious the woman and draws his sword.
The woman’s mongrel dog gets to its feet and begins to growl at Mud.
Wood casts Detect Magic and sees a faint aura around the woman’s pot that is simmering on the fire.
The woman explains that her brew “cures what ails you and gets you mighty ripped”. She offers to sell some for 35gp.
Sagnus tries to cast Suggestion on the woman but fails.
Sagnus casts Message to ask Dna if they should attack the woman.
Wood tires to purchase some of the brew. She tells him it’s 40g for “snoopy” elves. Wood tells her to get fucked.
Aster purchases a vial of the brew, recognising the taste as some sort of Healing Potion.
Sagnus tries to talk the price down but woman declines the offer. As the party moves on, Sagnus casts Prestidigitation to snuff out woman’s camp fire.
Thunder is heard in the distance as the party makes camp for the night.
